- Bachelors
degree (B.S) with a technical emphasis or equivalent experience
- Minumum
of 3 years managing Highly skilled software engineers.
- Experience
managing engineers both locally and off-shore preferred.
- Experience
managing highly secure, time sensitive, 24X7 software projects.
- Minimum
of 7 years hands-on professional experience in Microsoft Technologies
specifically the .NET Framework with at least 5 years in C#.
- Complete
n-tier, Enterprise-level, SDLC Experience using .Net & SQL Server
- Proven
track record of effectively delivering timely results in a fast paced,
flexible environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent
planning and prioritization skills and a demonstrated ability to
multi-task.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong
competence with OOAD, SOA, Design Patterns, SOLID principles and best
practices
- Ability
to mentor/lead personnel in the following technologies.
- .NET
3.5, C#, LINQ, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services, T-SQL, TFS, VS2008
