Skills required
Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
Familiarity with technologies/platforms including virtual
server hosting, Oracle databases, BizTalk or other middleware
Experienced manager with background in technical project
delivery, especially regarding packaged software
OPTIONAL:
Practical experience with implementing software for
refining/manufacturing facilities
MANDATORY:
Proven ability to both lead and coordinate work across
numerous technical and multidisciplinary teams and geographies
Roles and Responsibilities
Experience in business analysis,
business IT change management and IT project work. Has achieved proficiency in
Business Analysis or gained business experience, including some management or
professional responsibility. Has received training in Business Analysis
techniques. Demonstrates high standards of professional behaviour in dealings
with clients, colleagues and staff. Has a broad understanding across a wide
field along with a record of applying such knowledge successfully in a variety
of situations. Possesses strong inter-personal skills, especially in handling
contacts of all types and at all levels.
