ACQUISITIONS PROJECT:
1. Gather and document BW reporting requirements for Acquisitions
projects. Solicit requirements confirmation and gain functional approval
and FDS sign-off. Document technical requirements in TDS. Develop
and unit test BW global queries, global workbooks and BEX reports, based on
requirements. Conduct and document reporting test cases in QC. This
resource must have excellent Excel formatting and formulation skills for
developing pretty sheets or top sheets for BW reports.
2. Gather T1 ledger local statutory reporting requirements
from acquired territories. If required, work with Business Objects
developer to test/QA BO crystal report and ensure it meets requirements.
3. Assist in user role-to-position mapping wherever
necessary. Must have a firm understanding of SAP Security RtPM and
experience working with Security team.
4. Assist in SIT testing documentation and implementation wherever
necessary.
5. Report ongoing status to Project Managers and Technical Lead.
6. Implement and lead Reporting and Security RtPM changes from
requirements gathering to go-live and production.
Deliverables
1. T1 Ledger requirements documentation (ERD, FDS, Quality Center
test cases, and any other required documentation).
2. Acquisitions projects reporting requirements documentation
(FDS, TDS, Quality center test cases, and any other required documentation).
3. RtPM documentation,
4. Test case documentation.
5. BEx local variation reports (pretty sheets or top sheets) with
detailed user training instructions for BW report usage.
5. Status updates on progress and meetings to Project Managers and
Technical Lead.
